No matter how big or small, you and your wedding are important to me.
I am a relaxed photographer who spends the day watching for what’s actually happening – the in-between moments, the reactions, the details you won’t remember unless someone caught them. If you want some formal portraits we can do that too – quickly and without fuss, so you can get on and make the memories that make your day so special with those you care about most.
Weddings are more than just a ceremony that brings together two people, they create memories between people that last a lifetime.

What to expect
We will call before your wedding to talk about your day and so we can get to know each other. This will help you to be comfortable, and for me to know what you want your day to look like. I can have a look at the timings of your day to make sure everything runs smoothly.
On the day my goal is to blend into the background and observe from the edges, capturing each moment as it happens, capturing details, and securing the memory of your day. You won’t ever catch me shoving a camera in your or a guests face – instead I will catch each moment as it unfolds.

Engagement Photography

A short intimate session in a location of your choosing, or that we pick together, with flexible timings to catch the best light. A relaxed, walking-and-talking approach rather than a directed list of images. A chance to get to know each other if you would also like me to photograph your wedding.

For those having a more intimate ceremony, including micro-weddings, registry office weddings, or elopements this could be the package for you! I create a relaxed environment so that you can go and enjoy your day.

The key moments of your day carefully observed and beautifully remembered. Starting from your ceremony I will join you through into your reception.

FAQs
How do we book and hold a date?
Fill in the contact form and I will get back to you as soon as I can and confirm the date. There will be a deposit to confirm the date.
Will we own the copyright on the photos?
I will give you a license to print and share your photographs. The full copyright is retained by me. All that means is that you can’t sell, modify or enter the photographs in competitions.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based on the edge of the Ashdown Forest (home of Winnie the Pooh!) in East Sussex but regularly travel between London and Brighton for work. I am always happy to travel across the UK but may charge for travel and accommodation if it is not local to me.
When will we get our photos?
You receive a preview of photos shortly after. The rest of the photos are hand edited with care by me and do take a little time. I turn around all photos within a few weeks.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
I need to be told as soon as possible up to 4 days before the day in order to get your money back. I do get booked up so I will try and reschedule and figure something out.
How many photos will receive
There is no upper limit to how many photos I will deliver and I prioritise quality over quantity. That being said for a full day you can expect around 400 photos.
